Your account information (name, phone number, addresses, profile photo) is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Storage), which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.

Your cart, language preferences, and notification settings are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's own security standards and privacy practices.

6 Children's Privacy

Our website is a children's ministry platform. While our content is designed for children, account registration requires a phone number and is intended to be used by parents or guardians on behalf of their children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe your child has provided personal information without your knowledge, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

• Correction — update your name or address through your account Settings
• Deletion — delete your account from the Settings page, which permanently removes your data from our systems

8 Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. We use your browser's localStorage (a similar technology) to remember your login session, cart items, and preferences. This data stays on your device and is never sent to advertising networks.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Your phone number is used for OTP-based authentication through Firebase, which uses industry-standard security. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device secure and not share your OTP with anyone.
